Facilities List

EB Industries owns facilities to perform electron beam welding, laser welding, and laser hermetic sealing operations. Our welding job shop is equipt with high power welding machines. Our three axis laser welding equipment is capable of ensuring complete control over all the critical weld parameters during the laser welding process. Computer-controlled laser hermetic sealing equipment, with environmental moisture and oxygen control capabilities, is used to produce hermetic seals. A whole range of additional support equipment, such as circulating furnace, aqueous cleaner, vapor degreasing and ultrasonic cleaning equipment, are also employed for specific processes. Linear and high load capacity rotary tables, multi-station carousels orbiting tables, and multiple computerized rotary spindle fixtures represent some of our welding job shop machinery. Our certified, standard welding techniques along with our computerized tooling and fixture facilities ensure quality and on time delivery.
